These Business Terms govern the use of RelyView by businesses, professionals, organizations, merchants, agencies, and other entities that create, claim, manage, or interact with a business profile on the RelyView platform.
By creating or managing a business account, claiming a profile, using RelyView tools, or purchasing a RelyView service, you agree to these Business Terms and our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
RelyView provides digital reputation, review management, verification, and trust infrastructure designed to help businesses collect, manage, verify, structure, and present customer reviews and reputation data.
RelyView may provide tools including:
Business profiles
Review collection
Review verification
Review invitations
Reputation widgets
Structured review data
Verification badges
Reputation analytics
API access
Integrations with ecommerce platforms, websites, and third-party services
Artificial Intelligence-powered reputation tools
Features may vary depending on the selected plan or service.
Businesses must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or managing an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your account.
Keeping business information accurate.
Ensuring that authorized users have permission to represent the business.
Protecting passwords, API keys, and account credentials.
All activities performed through your business account.
You must notify RelyView if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
RelyView may create business profiles using publicly available information, information provided by customers, third-party sources, or business submissions.
Claiming a profile does not give a business ownership over RelyView's platform, ranking systems, review database, or verification technology.
Businesses claiming a profile may be required to verify their identity, relationship with the business, domain ownership, email address, phone number, or other information.
RelyView may refuse, suspend, or revoke a business claim when verification cannot be completed.
Reviews represent the experiences and opinions of individual reviewers.
Businesses may not require RelyView to remove a review simply because it is negative or unfavorable.
RelyView may remove, restrict, flag, investigate, or request additional verification for content that violates our policies.
Businesses may respond to reviews when this functionality is available.
Responses must remain professional and may not contain threats, harassment, personal information, discriminatory content, or other prohibited material.
RelyView is designed around the principle that businesses should be able to maintain access to the reputation they build.
Businesses may use approved RelyView tools, widgets, integrations, APIs, or exports to display and manage eligible reputation data across supported platforms.
However, portability does not override the rights of reviewers.
Reviewers retain rights in the original content they submit, subject to the licenses granted under RelyView's Terms of Service.
Businesses may not alter a review in a way that changes its meaning, rating, source, verification status, or context.
Businesses may invite genuine customers to submit reviews.
Review invitations must be fair and must not intentionally manipulate reputation scores.
Businesses must not:
Invite only customers expected to leave positive reviews while systematically excluding dissatisfied customers.
Purchase fabricated reviews.
Offer compensation in exchange for a specifically positive rating.
Submit reviews about themselves.
Ask employees, contractors, owners, family members, or related parties to impersonate independent customers.
Use automated systems to generate fake customer experiences.
Incentivized reviews, when permitted, must be clearly disclosed.
RelyView may use automated systems, manual investigations, identity verification, transaction verification, behavioral signals, Artificial Intelligence, and other methods to evaluate review authenticity.
Attempts to manipulate the platform may result in:
Review removal.
Removal of verification status.
Warning notices.
Ranking adjustments.
Temporary suspension.
Permanent account termination.
Public indicators related to detected manipulation where legally permitted.
RelyView does not guarantee that every fraudulent review will be detected.
A RelyView verification badge or status indicates that certain information or criteria have been evaluated according to RelyView's verification processes.
Verification does not constitute:
A guarantee of product quality.
A guarantee of business performance.
Financial advice.
Legal certification.
Government accreditation.
An endorsement of every action taken by the business.
RelyView may periodically require businesses to complete additional verification.
Verification may be suspended or removed when information becomes inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unverifiable.
Businesses may provide logos, descriptions, trademarks, images, product information, website information, and other content.
By submitting this material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use it and grant RelyView permission to display, process, reproduce, format, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information.
Businesses may not use RelyView to:
Publish false or misleading information.
Impersonate another company or person.
Manipulate review scores.
Create fake transactions or reviewers.
Harass or threaten reviewers.
Reveal confidential customer information.
Attempt to identify anonymous reviewers through unauthorized methods.
Circumvent verification systems.
Interfere with RelyView's infrastructure.
Scrape the platform without authorization.
Resell RelyView data without permission.
Reverse engineer protected systems.
Use RelyView to conduct illegal activities.
RelyView may use Artificial Intelligence and automated technologies to assist with fraud detection, review analysis, summaries, categorization, moderation, reputation insights, search, and other platform functionality.
Automated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be considered definitive legal, financial, professional, or factual determinations.
RelyView may modify its automated systems as technology evolves.
Businesses may be provided access to widgets, APIs, scripts, plugins, or integrations.
Businesses may not modify these technologies in ways that:
Falsify review ratings.
Hide required attribution.
Misrepresent verification status.
Alter review content.
Create misleading trust signals.
Circumvent technical restrictions.
API usage may be subject to separate limits, technical documentation, or additional agreements.
Certain RelyView services may require a paid subscription.
When purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or specified in your agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Plans may automatically renew.
Applicable taxes may be added.
Usage exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade or additional fees.
RelyView may change pricing for future billing periods after providing appropriate notice.
Businesses may cancel paid plans according to the cancellation options available through their account or agreement.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the business to a refund for previously paid periods unless required by law or specifically stated in the applicable plan.
RelyView may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when a business:
Violates these terms.
Engages in review manipulation.
Uses fraudulent information.
Fails required verification.
Creates security risks.
Fails to pay applicable fees.
Uses the platform unlawfully.
Where appropriate, RelyView may provide the business an opportunity to appeal a moderation or enforcement decision.
RelyView and its associated software, verification technologies, algorithms, branding, interfaces, databases, designs, and proprietary systems remain the property of RelyView or its licensors.
Nothing in these Business Terms transfers ownership of RelyView intellectual property to a business.
RelyView may calculate ratings, reputation scores, trust indicators, rankings, or other measurements using proprietary methodologies.
These methodologies may consider factors such as:
Review ratings.
Verification signals.
Review recency.
Review authenticity.
Review volume.
Business responses.
Behavioral signals.
Other relevant trust factors.
RelyView may modify these methodologies over time to improve accuracy, reliability, security, and resistance to manipulation.
RelyView may integrate with platforms such as ecommerce systems, websites, payment providers, social networks, analytics systems, or other third-party services.
RelyView is not responsible for the availability, policies, functionality, or actions of third-party services.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Businesses must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when collecting or submitting customer information through RelyView.
Businesses may only upload or process personal information for which they have a lawful basis.
Additional data-processing terms may apply when RelyView processes personal information on behalf of a business.
We aim to provide reliable access to RelyView, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Maintenance.
Security updates.
Infrastructure failures.
Third-party outages.
Technical issues.
Events outside our reasonable control.
RelyView provides reputation and verification technology but does not guarantee the future behavior, quality, legitimacy, financial condition, reliability, or performance of any business or reviewer.
Businesses remain responsible for their own products, services, customer relationships, regulatory obligations, and commercial activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelyView will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
Additional limitations may apply as described in RelyView's general Terms of Service or applicable business agreement.
RelyView may update these Business Terms as the platform, technology, regulations, or services evolve.
Material changes may be communicated through the platform, account notifications, email, or other reasonable means.
Continued use of RelyView after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
