You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use RelyView.

If you use RelyView on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Additional age restrictions may apply depending on your jurisdiction and the specific Services being used.

3. Your RelyView Account

Some RelyView features may require an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Protecting your account against unauthorized access.

  • Keeping your information accurate and updated.

  • Activities performed through your account.

You may not:

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Create accounts using false identities.

  • Transfer or sell accounts without authorization.

  • Use another person's account without permission.

  • Create accounts for fraudulent or manipulative purposes.

You must notify RelyView if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Reviews

RelyView allows users to share genuine experiences with businesses, professionals, products, or services.

When submitting a review, you agree that:

  • The review reflects a genuine experience.

  • Your statements represent your honest opinion.

  • You will not intentionally submit false or misleading information.

  • You will not impersonate another customer.

  • You will not submit reviews designed primarily to manipulate a reputation score.

  • You will not submit the same experience repeatedly to artificially influence ratings.

Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative.

Businesses cannot require RelyView to remove a review solely because it is unfavorable.

5. Genuine Experiences

Reviews should generally relate to a real interaction, transaction, purchase, service, communication, or other legitimate experience involving the reviewed entity.

RelyView may request additional information to evaluate whether an experience is genuine.

This may include:

  • Order information

  • Transaction identifiers

  • Purchase dates

  • Service dates

  • Confirmation emails

  • Supporting documents

  • Communication records

  • Other verification signals

Where possible, verification information will not be displayed publicly unless necessary or authorized.

6. Verified Reviews

RelyView may designate certain reviews as verified.

A verified status means that the review satisfied applicable RelyView verification criteria at the time the verification was performed.

Verification may rely on:

  • Transaction information

  • Review invitations

  • Email verification

  • Purchase verification

  • Technical signals

  • Supporting documentation

  • Account history

  • Behavioral analysis

  • Automated systems

  • Fraud detection technologies

  • Other appropriate evidence

Verification does not mean that RelyView guarantees every statement or opinion contained in a review is factually correct.

Reviews remain the opinions and representations of their respective authors.

7. Prohibited Reviews and Content

You may not submit content that:

  • Is fabricated or intentionally misleading.

  • Is submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation.

  • Impersonates another person.

  • Contains threats or harassment.

  • Promotes violence.

  • Contains unlawful discriminatory content.

  • Contains malicious software or harmful code.

  • Discloses private or confidential information without authorization.

  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Is primarily spam or advertising unrelated to the reviewed experience.

  • Contains illegal content.

  • Attempts to artificially manipulate ratings or reputation.

  • Is generated or submitted through coordinated fraudulent activity.

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.

RelyView may investigate, restrict, label, remove, or decline to publish content that violates these Terms or our policies.

8. Artificially Generated Reviews

You may not use Artificial Intelligence, automation, bots, scripts, or other systems to fabricate customer experiences or generate deceptive reviews.

AI may be used to assist with grammar, translation, organization, or accessibility where the underlying experience and opinion remain authentic.

RelyView may use technical and behavioral systems to identify suspicious or artificially generated review activity.

9. Incentivized Reviews

A business may not offer money, discounts, gifts, benefits, refunds, or other incentives in exchange for a specifically positive review or rating.

Where RelyView permits legitimate incentivized feedback programs, the incentive must not depend on whether the review is positive or negative and may need to be disclosed.

10. Conflicts of Interest

Reviews should be independent.

You should not submit a review when you have an undisclosed conflict of interest that could materially mislead users.

Examples may include reviews submitted by:

  • Business owners reviewing their own businesses.

  • Employees representing themselves as independent customers.

  • Competitors attempting to damage another business.

  • Agencies or contractors acting on behalf of a business without disclosure.

  • Individuals financially benefiting from manipulation of the rating.

RelyView may remove, restrict, or label content where a material conflict of interest exists.

11. Business Profiles

RelyView may display profiles for businesses, professionals, organizations, products, or services.

Profiles may be created from:

  • Information submitted by businesses.

  • Customer contributions.

  • Publicly available information.

  • Authorized data providers.

  • Other legitimate sources.

A business does not necessarily need to create a RelyView account for a profile about it to exist.

Business representatives may be able to claim profiles and manage certain information after completing appropriate verification.

Claiming a profile does not provide control over legitimate independent reviews.

12. Business Representatives

Businesses using RelyView may be subject to separate Business Terms in addition to these Terms of Use.

Business representatives must:

  • Accurately represent their authority.

  • Provide truthful business information.

  • Respect independent reviewers.

  • Avoid manipulating reputation metrics.

  • Protect customer information.

  • Follow RelyView review invitation policies.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific Business Terms relating to business features, the applicable Business Terms will govern those features.

13. Business Responses

Businesses may be allowed to publicly respond to reviews.

Responses must comply with these Terms.

Businesses may not use responses to:

  • Threaten reviewers.

  • Harass customers.

  • Publish confidential information.

  • Reveal unnecessary personal information.

  • Retaliate against reviewers.

  • Misrepresent the reviewer's experience.

  • Manipulate verification information.

Businesses remain responsible for their responses.

14. Ownership of Your Content

You retain any intellectual property rights you legally hold in the original content you submit to RelyView.

This may include review text, images, responses, and other original contributions.

By submitting content to RelyView, you grant RelyView a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, translate, analyze, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Services.

This license also allows RelyView to display eligible content through:

  • Business profiles

  • Widgets

  • Websites

  • Applications

  • APIs

  • Search functionality

  • Structured data

  • Reputation reports

  • Other RelyView services

RelyView will not intentionally alter the substantive meaning of a review when formatting or presenting it.

15. Reputation Portability

RelyView is built around the principle that reputation should not be locked exclusively inside a single ecommerce platform, website provider, or technology stack.

Eligible businesses may use authorized RelyView tools to display or access reputation information across supported websites, platforms, applications, and integrations.

However, reputation portability does not override:

  • Reviewer privacy rights.

  • Intellectual property rights.

  • Data protection requirements.

  • Content licenses.

  • Legal restrictions.

  • RelyView verification requirements.

Portable reputation data must not be altered to create a misleading representation of the original review or rating.

16. RelyView Reputation Scores

RelyView may calculate ratings, scores, rankings, badges, trust indicators, or other reputation metrics.

These may consider factors such as:

  • Review ratings

  • Review volume

  • Review recency

  • Verification status

  • Authenticity signals

  • Suspicious activity

  • Business engagement

  • Review patterns

  • Other trust-related signals

The methodology may evolve over time to improve accuracy, fairness, security, and resistance to manipulation.

Users and businesses may not attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or artificially influence these systems.

17. Verification Is Not an Endorsement

A RelyView verification badge, verified review, trust indicator, rating, or reputation score does not constitute:

  • A guarantee.

  • A warranty.

  • A financial recommendation.

  • A legal certification.

  • Government accreditation.

  • A guarantee of future conduct.

  • An endorsement of every product or service offered by a business.

Users remain responsible for making their own purchasing and commercial decisions.

18. Artificial Intelligence Features

RelyView may use Artificial Intelligence and automated technologies to provide features such as:

  • Review summaries

  • Sentiment analysis

  • Reputation insights

  • Fraud detection

  • Spam detection

  • Content classification

  • Review analysis

  • Search

  • Recommendations

  • Business insights

  • Trust signals

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations.

AI-generated outputs should therefore be treated as informational tools and not as definitive factual, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Where required by applicable law, RelyView may provide additional information regarding automated processing.

19. Content Moderation

RelyView may moderate content to protect platform integrity, users, businesses, and the public.

Moderation may include automated and human review.

We may take actions including:

  • Requesting additional verification.

  • Limiting content visibility.

  • Adding warnings or labels.

  • Rejecting publication.

  • Removing content.

  • Restricting functionality.

  • Suspending accounts.

  • Terminating accounts.

Moderation decisions may consider these Terms, applicable policies, legal requirements, security considerations, and available evidence.

20. Reporting Content

Users and businesses may report content they believe:

  • Violates these Terms.

  • Is fraudulent.

  • Is defamatory or otherwise unlawful.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Contains personal information improperly.

  • Represents a fake review.

  • Violates applicable law.

Reports should contain enough information for RelyView to reasonably identify and evaluate the content.

Submitting knowingly false, abusive, or repetitive reports may itself violate these Terms.

21. Illegal Content and Appeals

Where required by applicable law, RelyView may provide mechanisms to report potentially illegal content.

When appropriate, users may receive information regarding actions taken in response to a report or moderation decision.

Where applicable, users may also be provided an opportunity to request review or appeal certain moderation decisions.

Appeals do not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.

22. Intellectual Property

The RelyView platform and its underlying technology are owned by RelyView or its licensors.

This includes, where applicable:

Use of RelyView branding does not imply partnership, certification, verification, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly authorized.

24. Widgets, APIs, and Integrations

RelyView may provide widgets, plugins, APIs, scripts, or other technologies that allow reputation information to be displayed on third-party websites and services.

You may not use these tools to:

  • Hide negative reviews in a misleading manner.

  • Create false trust indicators.

  • Circumvent technical restrictions.

  • Exceed applicable API limits.

  • Interfere with RelyView infrastructure.

Additional API or integration terms may apply.

25. Scraping and Automated Access

You may not access RelyView using unauthorized bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated agents, or extraction systems when such activity:

  • Violates technical restrictions.

  • Circumvents access controls.

  • Creates unreasonable infrastructure load.

  • Collects protected personal information.

  • Copies proprietary datasets.

  • Attempts to reproduce RelyView's service.

  • Violates applicable law.

Authorized APIs and approved machine-readable interfaces should be used where available.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

26. Security

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to RelyView systems.

  • Probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization.

  • Circumvent authentication controls.

  • Introduce malware.

  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks.

  • Interfere with other users.

  • Obtain credentials through deceptive means.

  • Attempt to bypass fraud or verification systems.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly through RelyView's designated security contact.

27. Privacy

Your use of RelyView is also subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, GDPR Policy.

These policies explain how personal information may be collected, processed, stored, protected, and shared.

Where GDPR applies, individuals may have rights concerning their personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and certain automated decision-making protections, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

Users may discontinue their use of RelyView at any time.

Certain information may remain after account termination when necessary for legitimate purposes, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or preservation of legitimate review records, subject to applicable privacy laws.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelyView is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

RelyView does not guarantee that:

  • Every review is accurate.

  • Every reviewer is truthful.

  • Every fraudulent review will be detected.

  • Every business will perform as expected.

  • Reputation scores will predict future behavior.

They should not be considered the sole basis for making significant financial, legal, employment, health, safety, or commercial decisions.

Users remain responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence.
